Courtenay was and is the most grounded presence and she holds space so well. The cards she pulled for me were spot on for both where I am and what I need. I will always remember her saying time doesn’t heal all wounds, doing the work does and that spiritual work is not always love and light- it’s the darkness too and its hard work. My experience with Courtenay was one I’ll be carrying with me for a while. From booking, to arriving to her space, to post session, Courtenay has been warm, thoughtful and considerate. Entering her space was warm and calming, she had two beautiful very friendly kitties that just added to the experience for me, Courtenay was very easy to talk and connect with, and I felt safe which allowed me to be open and present for the experience. For my session, Courtenay offered an oracle reading, which resonated very well for me, and she did reiki energy work, which I have never had done before and left me feeling lighter, looser in my body on my walk home, and just calmer overall. She shared with me some helpful guidance for after our session and supplied resources for specific breath work and meditations she felt would benefit me based on my session. I left feeling supported and would recommend Courtenay to anyone wanting to gain some insight and support with their healing journey.
